As most people I know in the Parkour community, one of the prime conversations is all about the body and mind. Many people are conflicted on this topic becaue of many reasons. Some of which are :
- Lack of energy before and during a "JAM SESSION"
- What type of protien drink or supplement to take
- Things you can do to keep you mind sharp
I will post some of my ideas on this. Let me know what you think.
